本文描述了人事档案管理系统在微型计算机上的实现。该系统采用层次逻辑结构和键式与顺序相结合的物理结构,系统的主要功能在于完成大量的烦锁的统计。统计的实现方法是依靠在数据操作过程中形成的一系列二维矩陈(表格),以二维矩陈为基础,迅速得到各种统计数字。除此之外,系统还具有列表,检索及续建,插入,删除,修改等维护功能。

In this paper,a personal file management system with a microcomputer was described. Hierarchical logic structure,physical structure of combining chain with sequence is fully exploited in the system. The main function of the system is to accomplish large and overelaborate statistics. Realizing way of statistics is to depend on a series of two-dimensional array, (table). on the basis of two-dimension alarra Various statistical figures can be repidly obtained. In addition, there are yet somefunctions such as listing, retrie ving,continuous building,inserting, deleting and modifying etc. in the system.
