Study on the Movement of Turning Down from the End of Balance Beam with Hands

本文运用生物力学,解剖学原理,对“木端侧手翻下”进行了科学分析,并提出了一系列有效地改进教学的方法手段。

In this article, the movement of turning down from the end of balance beam with hands has been studied and analysed scientifically on basis of the principles of biological mechanics and anatomy. Moreover, the authors advance a series of means improving the teaching effectivelly.
