焙烧温度对V_2O_5/MoO_3-SnO_2催化剂氧化二甲醚的影响

摘要 采用沉淀浸渍法与共沉淀法结合合成了不同焙烧温度下的V_2O_5/MoO_3-SnO_2催化剂,并用此系列催化剂进行了二甲醚(DME)催化氧化制取甲缩醛(DMM)的反应.对催化剂样品进行了XRD、BET表征,在二甲醚与氧气原气料体积比为1∶1的条件下进行催化反应,分析不同焙烧温度对催化剂的催化性能的影响.实验结果表明:600℃焙烧后的催化剂在反应温度为160℃,体积空速为600 h-1时表现了最佳催化活性,甲缩醛的选择性也达到最大值为67. 98%. V2O5/MoO3-SnO2 catalysts at different burning temperatures were synthesized by precipitation impregnation and co-precipitation methods. A series of catalysts were used to catalyze the oxidation of dimethoxymethane(DMM) by dimethyl ether(DME). The catalyst samples were characterized by XRD and BET. The ratio of dimethyl ether to oxygen was 1∶1,the influence calcination temperature on the catalytic performance was analyzed. Experiments showed that the catalyst calcined at 600 ℃ exhibited the best catalytic activity when the reaction temperature was 160 ℃ and the volume space velocity was600 h-1. The selectivity of dimethoxymethaneis was also up to 67. 98%.
