三江平原湿地昆虫多样性对CO_2升高的响应

Response of Insect Diversity to Elevated CO_2 Concentrations in the Wetland of Sanjiang Plain

摘要 以三江湿地自然保护区内的昆虫为研究对象,分析了不同月份相同环境中不同温室气体浓度下昆虫的多样性及其影响因素.实验样地内通入不同浓度温室气体后分为三组(350ppm,550ppm,700ppm),结果表明辛普森指数λ:5月份大于6月份大于7月份大于8月份,香浓指数H:5月份小于6月份小于7月份小于8月份,均匀度J:5月份小于6月份小于7月份小于8月份.其中,辛普森指数和香浓指数,在四个月的不同浓度环境中差异显著(P <0. 0001),均匀度5月份与6,7,8月份相比,不同浓度间差异显著5月份3个浓度比较,6、7、8月份的不同浓度的差异性P5,6=0. 0009、P5,7=0. 0003、P5,8<0. 0001.结果表明,不同月份的相同环境中,昆虫种群多样性差异显著;同一月份不用浓度相同环境下多样性差异不显著. In this paper,insect diversity in Sanjiang Wetland Natural Reserve was studied,and the insect diversity and its influencing factors under different greenhouse gas concentrations in different months were analyzed.The kind of vegetation in the same environment,respectively in different concentrations of greenhouse gases were divided into three groups(the concentration levels of CO2,550×10-6,700×10-6),the results show that the Simpson index is:May>June>July>August,Shannon index H is:May<June<July<August,the uniformity of July,June,August,Among them,Simpson index and Shannon index,the significant difference in different concentration of four months(P<0.0001),evenness in May compared with May 6,7,8 months,significant differences between different concentrations of 3,7,6 concentration,August the difference between the concentration of P5,6=0.0009,P5,7=0.0003,P5,8<0.0001.The results show that there are significant differences in insect population diversity in the same environment in different months.
