Progress on acute soft tissue injury by external therapy

急性软组织损伤是骨伤科临床常见病 ,多发病。祖国医学认为该病的病因病机是外力致伤 ,筋肉 ,脉络损伤 ,瘀血为患 ,因而得出“活血化瘀”的治疗大法 ,并且经数千年的临床实践形成了动静结合、内外兼治、分期用药的综合治疗方法。尤以外治法独具特色。治疗急性软组织损伤的用药以敷贴、药膏、膏药及药散为主 ,但存在剂型落后、使用不便缺点 ,阻碍了进一步推广应用。为了探求更适用的剂型 。

According to TCM theory, the pathology of acute soft tissue injury consists of external factor to cause trauma, fascia and muscle injury, as well as blood stasis. So activating blood and removing stasis is the therapy formula, in which the external therapy such as paste has satisfied efficacy. But the paste is not convenient and the preparation is out-to-date. So it needs more efficacy and convenient external drugs to be developed based on the modern pharmacology approach.
