摘要
在机械设计过程中,选择配合或用新国标代换旧国标时,为了得心应手,为了得到预计的、满意的配合性质,则首先必须正确认识与正确区分配合类别与配合性质。本文正从这个目的出发,对新《公差与配合》国家标准中配合类别与配合性质进行初步解析。从而找出基孔制配合的轴及基轴制配合的孔,并列成表格,供使用参考。
During the process of design, to get a desired and satisfactory fit character the designer must first of all be able to understand and distinguish fit types correctly. The purpose of this paper is trying to give a tentative analysis of the fit types ard their properties, about the new 《tolerance & fit》 system, in order to find out the shaft and the hole which belong to the hole-bescd system and the shaft-based system respectively, and table them for reference use.
