对“尊重自主权原则”的几点思考

近年来 ,尽管患者的权利意识不断增强 ,但由于历史文化原因造成患者自主权在中国传统医德中的阙如 ,使“尊重自主权原则”在中国的实行还不尽如人意。对该原则的思考和梳理 ,有助于人们深化理性的认知 ,将外在律令内化为道德信念 。

The awareness of the Patients right is increasing these years. But because of the history and culture factors,the patients right is wanted in the Chinese traditional medical ethics, and the practice of the principle of respect for autonomy is not satisfactory yet in China. So rethinking and combing on the principle may help people to deepen the rational knowledge,let the external rule become internal conviction and strengthen the moral action.
