摘要 在营配数据贯通的基础上,借助配网自动化的开关变位及保护动作信息、调度自动化系统的开关事故分闸告警信息及保护动作信息,以及用电信息采集系统的配变、电能表运行信息,95598客服中心的报修信息,综合实现对配网故障的研判及定位,及时指导抢修人员开展抢修,缩短停电时间,提高故障抢修效率。此外,在客户报修工单无户号的情况下,独创地址解析算法,实现对无户号工单的故障研判。 On the basis of running through the distribution data,the fault diagnosis and positioning of distribution network can be realized comprehensively by means of the switch displacement and protection action information of the distribution network automation,the switch accident alarm information and protection action information of the dispatching automation system. And distribution and transformation information,electric energy meter operation information of the electricity information collection system,and the repair information of 95598 customer service center can also assist. The emergency repair can be repaired in time,the power outage time can be shortened and the fault repair efficiency can be improved. In addition,in the case that the customer repair work order has no account number,the original address resolution algorithm is used to realize the fault diagnosis of the work order.
