600 MW超临界汽轮机通流部分改造

摘要 采用先进的整体通流叶片设计技术,对某电厂3号600MW超临界汽轮机高中压缸通流部分进行改造。对汽轮机存在的主要问题进行了梳理,阐述了汽轮机改造的原则、内容和技术特点,对改造效果进行了分析,并提出了进一步的优化建议。性能考核试验表明,改造达到了项目实施的节能降耗和供热抽汽的预期效果。 Adopting advanced integral flow passage blade design technology,the flow passage of high and medium pressure cylinder of No.3 supercritical steam turbine(600 MW)in a power plant is retrofitted.The main problems existing in steam turbine are sorted out.The principles,contents and technical characteristics of steam turbine retrofit are expounded.The effect of retrofit is analyzed,and some suggestions for further improvement are put forward.The performance test proves that the retrofit has achieved the expected effect of energy saving,consumption reduction,heat supply and steam extraction.
