摘要 卵巢早衰是指女性在40岁之前因卵巢储备能力不足而带来的一系列生理病理表现,是妇科最常见的疾病之一,发病率呈明显上升趋势,严重影响了患病的身心健康。本病发病机制尚不明确,很多国内外研究学者及专家都在对这一疾病的发生机制进行广泛深入的探讨。近年研究发现,PI3K-Akt/mTOR信号通路参与卵巢早衰(POF)疾病发生,磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)和蛋白激酶B(Akt)的过度激活可使原始卵泡过早发育及卵泡过快凋亡,进而发展成为POF。本文就PI3K-Akt/mTOR信号通路与POF的关系进行了研究。随着细胞及分子生物学的研究思路不断拓展,关于信号通路对本病发生机制的研究也越来越深入,以期为治疗女性卵巢早衰提供有效的治疗方法。 Remature ovarian failure refers to the insufficient ovarian reserve capacity and a series of physiological and pathological manifestations that occur before the age of 40 in women,it is one of the most common gynecological diseases,and its incidence is on the rise,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of women with the disease. The pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear. Currently,domestic and foreign researchers and experts have conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on the pathogenesis of this disease. Recent studies have found that PI3 KAkt/mTOR signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence of premature ovarian failure( POF). Over-activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase( PI3 K) and protein kinase B( Akt) can lead to premature follicular development and premature follicular apoptosis,and then develop into POF. The relationship between PI3 K-Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and POF was studied in this paper. With the development of the research of cell and molecular biology,the research of signal pathway on the pathogenesis of this disease is more and more in-depth. The author reads relevant the oretical literature at home and abroad and makes the following summary.
