抗菌药物合理应用管理浅谈——以肇东市人民医院为例

A brief talk on the management of rational use of antibiotics——taking Zhaodong People's Hospital as an example

我院是二级甲等综合医院,是全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的重点单位,将PDCA循环法用于我院抗菌药物管理领域,对其运用前后的效果进行对比、分析、评价,使我院抗菌药物的使用日趋合理化。通过PDCA循环法对我院2017年7月—2018年8月抗菌药物的临床使用情况进行对比和分析,发现我院在抗菌药物使用中存在的问题,在院领导的大力支持下,针对不合理应用情况进行有效干预,在全院医师、药师的共同努力下,推进其持续改进,对干预前后的抗菌药物各项指标对比分析。通过运用PDCA循环法对抗菌药物临床使用进行持续干预,主抓的各项抗菌药物相关指标均符合国家要求。将PDCA循环法运用于我院抗菌药物管理领域,药师积极参与并及时发现、解决抗菌药物管理中存在的问题,通过医院医务部门有效干预,提高我院抗菌药物合理使用水平。

Our hospital is a second-class and first-class general hospital. It is the key unit of the special renovation activities for the clinical application of antibiotics in our country. PDCA circulation method is used in the field of antibiotics management in our hospital. The effects before and after their applications are compared,analyzed and evaluated,so that the use of antibiotics in our hospital is becoming more and more rational. Through the comparison and analysis of the clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 by PDCA circulation method,we found the problems in the use of antibiotics in our hospital. With the strong support of the leadership of the hospital,we effectively intervened in the unreasonable use of antibiotics,and with the joint efforts of doctors and pharmacists,we promoted the use of antibiotics in our hospital. Through the continuous intervention of clinical use of antibiotics by PDCA cycle method,the main indicators of antibiotics are in line with the national requirements. The PDCA cycle method was applied in the field of antimicrobial drug management in our hospital. Pharmacists actively participated in and timely found and solved the problems existing in antimicrobial drug management,and effectively intervened by the hospital medical department to improve the level of rational use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital.
