摘要
蓄电池组大量采用了铅酸蓄电池,但由于缺少必要的维护手段,铅酸蓄电池组的使用寿命远远低于其设计寿命,直流供电事故时有发生。动态除硫养护模式开创性地应用了在线监测、组内均衡充电、按需除硫等技术,能够全面提升铅酸蓄电池组的性能,在延长了蓄电池组使用寿命的同时,也减少了作为固体危险废弃物的废旧电池的数量,顺应了环境治理和保护方面的大趋势。
Lead-acid batteries are widely used in storage batteries,but due to the lack of necessary maintenance means,the service life of lead-acid batteries is far lower than its design life,and DC power supply accidents occur from time to time. Dynamic desulfurization maintenance mode pioneered the application of on-line monitoring,balanced charging within the group, on-demand desulfurization and other technologies, which can comprehensively improve the performance of lead-acid batteries. While prolonging the service life of batteries,it also reduced the number of used batteries as solid hazardous waste,and conformed to environmental governance and protection.
