随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们对健康方面的重视程度愈发提高,促使了医药行业的繁荣进步,使得我国的制药事业也出现了新的发展。对于制药机械设备来说,开发设计过程是影响设备性能的最主要因素。设计研发环节是影响一项机械设备能否达到预期效果的重要因素,在药品生产中发挥着不可替代的作用。对制药机械设备进行了简要介绍,指出了制药机械设备设计研发中存在的主要问题及相应的解决措施。

With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people pay more attention to health,which promotes the prosperity and progress of the pharmaceutical industry,and makes the pharmaceutical industry in our country develop new. For pharmaceutical machinery and equipment,the development and design process is the most important factor affecting the performance of the equipment. Design and R&D is an important factor affecting whether mechanical equipment can achieve the desired effect,and plays an irreplaceable role in drug production. This paper briefly introduces the pharmaceutical machinery and equipment,and points out the main problems existing in the design and development of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment and the corresponding solutions.
