This paper introduces the concept of integration of industry and education and the necessity of implementing a new model of integration of industry and education. It analyses the practical training of finance and accounting major in private colleges,which relies too much on the teaching content and fails to implement the teaching essence. It expounds the challenges faced by the integration of industry and education: the nature of financial work is affected,and enterprises lack interest-driven. The strategy of building the integration mode of production and education is put forward: designing practical training scheme and innovating cooperation mode,so as to cultivate elite talents more suitable for enterprises.
