职业技术教育背景下汽车类专业教学改革与实践研究

Research on teaching reform and practice of automobile specialty under the background of vocational and technical education

介绍了汽车类专业职业教育现状及存在的问题:教学方法陈旧,没有对传统教学方法进行改革,实践能力和独立解决问题的能力较弱。提出了多位一体的理实一体化教学模式,包括环境理实一体化、内容理实一体化、教师理实一体化、教材理实一体化、考核理实一体化。从教学质量的反馈来看,采用理论和实操相结合的方式,可以极大提高学生的职业能力,也可以调动教师的积极性。

This paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of vocational education for automobile specialty: the teaching methods are outdated,the traditional teaching methods are not reformed,and the practical ability to solve problems independently are weak. It puts forward a multi-in-one integrated teaching model,which includes the integration of environment,content,teachers,textbooks and assessment. From the aspect of feedback of teaching quality,the combination of theory and practice can greatly improve students’ professional ability and mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm.
