以铁道交通运营管理专业实践教学内容体系诊改思路为题开展分析与研究,首先诊断了目前铁道交通运营管理专业在实践教学中存在的问题,然后在分析的基础上,结合实际的教学经验,提出在实践教学体系改革建设方面的思路,以期可以提高铁道交通运营管理专业的教学质量,培养更优秀的铁路交通人才。

This paper analyses and studies the idea of reforming the practical teaching content system of railway traffic operation management specialty. Firstly,it diagnoses the problems existing in the practical teaching of railway traffic operation management specialty. Then,it puts forward some ideas on the reform and construction of the practical teaching system in order to improve the railway traffic,improve the teaching quality of the major of railway traffic operation management and train more excellent railway traffic personnel.
