为发挥高校工会在校园文化建设中的导向作用,推进校园精神文明建设,阐述了高校工会的作用,针对工会角色定位出现偏差,工会职能模糊化,体制不完善的问题,提出根据高校实际进行制度优化与组织改革,全面促进校园文化建设和发展。

In order to give full play to the guiding role of trade unions in campus culture construction,it expounds the role of trade unions in colleges. Aiming at the problems such as the deviation of the role orientation of trade unions,the fuzzification of trade unions ’ functions and the imperfection of the system, it puts forward to carry out system optimization and organizational reform in accordance with the actual situation of colleges.
