介绍了"互联网+"市场营销产生的影响。分析了营销模式创新的必然性:市场经济具有全球化趋势,互联网信息量巨大,是商业发展的重要载体。阐述了营销策略的创新性:营销互动优越性、营销机制同步性、营销方式多样性,要转变营销管理理念,实现商业化经营,做好人才培养工作,从而获得更多劳动力,选拔出符合企业营销岗位的人才。
This paper introduces the influence of 'Internet + 'marketing. It analyses the inevitability of marketing mode innovation: market economy has the trend of globalization,Internet information is huge,and it is an important carrier of business development. The innovation of marketing strategy is expounded. The advantages of marketing interaction,synchronization of marketing mechanism and diversity of marketing modes require changing marketing management concepts,realizing commercialized operation,and doing well in personnel training so as to obtain more labor force and select talents suitable for enterprise marketing posts.
