人民币国际化背景下跨境金融存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the problems and countermeasures of cross-border finance under the background of RMB internationalization

分析了人民币国际化背景下,跨境金融存在的问题:不适应人民币国际化进程,缺乏跨境金融的创新机制和体系,跨境金融人才数量和质量不达标。提出了促进跨境金融发展的对策:积极推进人民币国际化进程,创新跨境金融服务体系和机制,加强对跨境金融人才的培养,从而全面提高跨境金融服务与管理工作的质量和水平。

This paper analyses the problems existing in cross-border finance under the background of RMB internationalization: it does not adapt to the process of RMB internationalization,lacks innovative mechanism and system of cross-border finance,and the quantity and quality of cross-border financial talents are not up to the standard. The countermeasures to promote cross-border financial development are put forward: actively promoting the process of RMB internationalization,innovating the cross-border financial service system and mechanism,strengthening the training of cross-border financial talents,so as to comprehensively improve the quality and level of cross-border financial services and management.
