失能老人家庭照顾者心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of mental health status and influencing factors of family caregivers of disabled elderly

以调查失能老人家庭照顾者的心理健康状况及影响因素为目的,采用便利抽样,对130名家庭照顾者进行问卷调查,得出,失能老人家庭照顾者躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑得分高于全国常模(P <0. 05)。多元回归分析显示,性别、与照顾对象的关系、照顾负担和失能程度是影响家庭照顾者心理健康的主要因素。失能老人家庭照顾者心理健康状况不佳,提高照顾对象的照护技能,扩大社会支持系统,从而改善照顾者的心理健康水平。

To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of family caregivers of disabled elderly people.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 130 family caregivers by convenience sampling. The scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety of family caregivers of disabled elderly were higher than those of the national norm( P < 0. 05). Multiple regression analysis showed that gender,relationship with caregivers,burden of care and degree of disability were the main factors affecting the mental health of family caregivers. The mental health of family caregivers of disabled elderly people is not good. They should improve the care skills of caregivers and expand the social support system,so as to improve the mental health level of caregivers.
