摘要
通过调查研究生导师的基本情况,介绍了导师的"应为之举":科研的领路人,思想的引路人,人格的榜样者。分析了导师的"可为之举":关注学生的个人生活,为学生介绍可靠的就业资源。阐述了导师的"难为之举":文科类学生表示,导师几乎不会给额外的补助。导师作为一师之长,应该在了解学生经济条件的状况下,给予一定补助。
By investigating the basic situation of postgraduate tutors,this paper introduces their 'actions to be taken':scientific research leaders,thought leaders,and personality role models. It analyses what the tutor can do: pay attention to students’ personal life and introduce reliable employment resources for students. It expounds the 'embarrassment'of the tutor: liberal arts students say that the tutor will hardly give additional subsidies. Tutors should give a certain subsidy when they know students’ economic conditions.
