西尼地平自微乳给药系统的制备及检测

摘要 为制备西尼地平自微乳给药系统并进行体外检测,用紫外分光光度法测量西尼地平原料药在油相中的溶解度,处方优化即后制备西尼地平自微乳给药系统,并进行体外检测。选择油酸乙酯为油相,制备中温度为37℃,搅拌速度为200 r/min,搅拌时间为30 min。制备西尼地平自微乳给药系统检测合格。 In order to prepare the self-microemulsion drug delivery system of cilnidipine and detect it in vitro,the solubility of cilnidipine in oil phase was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The formulation was optimized and then the self-microemulsion drug delivery system of cilnidipine was prepared and tested in vitro. Ethyl oleate was chosen as the oil phase. The preparation temperature was 37℃,the stirring speed was 200 r/min,and the stirring time was 30 min. The preparation of cilnidipine self-microemulsion drug delivery system was qualified.
