针灸联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果研究

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

观察针灸联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效,探究药物作用机制,指导本病后续治疗。选择2016年5月—2017年11月我院收治的65例难治性精神分裂症患者,30例接受氯氮平治疗(I组),35例患者接受氯氮平+针灸治疗(II组),12周连续治疗后比较两组疗效。治疗后,II组简明精神病量表(BPRS)、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分改善效果优于本组治疗前与同期I组(P <0. 05); II组治疗优良率、不良反应发生率分别为94. 3%(33/35)、8. 6%(3/35),与I组73. 3%(22/30)、36. 7%(11/30)相比,差异有明显统计学意义(P <0. 01)。说明针灸联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症,疗效显著,过程相对安全可靠,值得推广。

To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia,explore the mechanism of drug action,and guide the follow-up treatment of this disease. 65 patients with refractory schizophrenia in our hospital were selected from May 2016 to November 2017,30 patients received clozapine treatment( group I),35 patients received clozapine plus acupuncture treatment( group II). The curative effects of two groups were compared after 12 weeks of continuous treatment. After treatment,the scores of BPRS,PANSS in group II were better than those in group I before treatment( P < 0. 05);the rates of excellent and good treatment and adverse reactions in group II were 94. 3%( 33/35) and 8. 6%( 3/35),respectively,and there were significant differences compared with 73. 3%( 22/30) and 36. 7%( 11/30) in group I( P < 0. 01). It shows that acupuncture and moxibustion combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia has remarkable curative effect,and the process is relatively safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
