振动传感器便携式复合校验装置研究

摘要 传统振动传感器现场校验装置多为单层台面结构,如果被校验传感器和标准传感器质量相差较大,则会导致振动台台面倾斜,校验误差加大,并且也只能校验振动传感器,对于电涡流位移传感器便无能为力。为解决传统振动传感器校验装置的弊端,提高校验精度和适用性,研发一种振动传感器便携式复合校验装置,不仅可以校验振动传感器,还可以校验电涡流位移传感器,其校验精度明显高于单层台面校验装置,可适应现场狭小空间和快速校验需要。 Traditional vibration sensor field calibration devices are mostly single-layer table structure. If the quality of the calibrated sensor is different from that of the standard sensor,it will lead to the inclination of the table and the large calibration error. It can only check the vibration sensor,but it can not do anything for eddy current displacement sensor.In order to solve the drawbacks of the traditional vibration sensor calibration device,improve the calibration accuracy and applicability,it develops a portable compound calibration device for vibration sensor. It can not only check the vibration sensor,but also the eddy current displacement sensor. Its calibration accuracy is obviously higher than that of the single-layer mesa calibration device. It can meet the needs of small space and fast calibration in the field.
