Research on highway archives informatization

随着我国交通运输行业的发展和进步,公路档案因其独有的特性成为交通发展的重要见证者。妥善管理和保护公路档案,为我国公路交通发展提供帮助。从目前我国交通运输行业的发展来看,公路档案需求不断增多,传统意义上的公路档案受到信息技术的冲击,已经无法满足公路发展的需求。因此,要紧跟时代变化,实现交通公路档案的信息化管理和建设。文章阐述了公路档案信息化管理的重要性,分析了公路档案信息化管理中的问题,提出公路档案信息化管理建议。

With the development and progress of China’s transportation industry,highway archives have become an important witness in the history of transportation development because of their unique characteristics. Through properly managing and protecting highway archives can we provide help for the development of highway traffic in China. From the point of view of the current development of China ’s transportation industry,the demand for highway archives is increasing,and the traditional highway archives are impacted by information technology,which has been unable to meet the needs of highway development. Therefore,we should keep abreast of the changes of the times and realize the information management and construction of traffic and highway archives. This paper expounds the importance of information management of highway archives,analyses the problems in information management of highway archives,and puts forward some suggestions for information management of highway archives.
