摘要
以粉末成形液压机为研究对象,通过对粉末压制成形理论的研究,提出了一种能实现复杂工艺曲线的双向泵控电液伺服系统。建立了伺服泵控系统的数学模型,对系统的压力控制模式进行仿真研究。依托HRF系统的PH-130型干冰液压机,对压制过程中的不同压制方式进行实验分析,进一步论证了双向泵控系统能满足更复杂的工艺曲线和不同客户的需求,为粉末压制机的进一步发展提供了更加强力的动力系统。
Taking the powder forming hydraulic press as the research object,a bidirectional pump-controlled electrohydraulic servo system which can realize complex process curves is proposed by studying the powder compaction forming theory.The mathematical model of servo pump control system is established,and the pressure control mode of the system is simulated.Depending on the PH-130 dry ice hydraulic press of HRF system,the different pressing modes in the pressing process are experimentally analyzed.It is further demonstrated that the bidirectional pump control system can satisfy more complex process curves,meet the needs of different customers,and provide a more powerful power system for the further development of powder pressing machine.
