不同预处理条件对于秸秆厌氧发酵产气效果的影响

摘要 通过稀碱、稀酸和生物酶解预处理玉米秸秆,研究不同的预处理条件对秸秆厌氧发酵过程中p H值、日产气量、CH4产气量及H2产气量等因素的影响。根据试验结果得出预处理条件的预处理效果由高到低的顺序依次为50 U·g-1纤维素酶> 5%Na OH>2. 5%H2SO4,为沼液发酵工艺优化提供数据参考。 In this paper,dilute alkali,dilute acid and enzymatic hydrolysis were used to pretreat corn straw,and it was studied that the effects of different pretreatment conditions on the gas production of pH,gas production of CH4 and H2 during the anaerobic fermentation of straw.According to the experimental results,the pretreatment effect of the pretreatment conditions was obtained from high to low in the order of 50 U·g-1 cellulase>5%NaOH>2.5%H2 SO4,thus it can provide the data reference for biogas slurry fermentation process optimization.
