摘要 故障自诊断智能控制恒压供水系统是以可编程逻辑控制器PLC为核心,利用变频器输出电压的可调性,并根据用户需水量的大小实时控制水泵的功率。智能恒压供水系统的出现,改变了传统水塔的供水控制,为供水系统节省了大量的能源,而且使用效率也有了大幅度提升。除此之外,智能恒压供水系统还融入了当前最为先进的技术手段,使这一系统具备了自诊断功能,系统的安全性和稳定性都有了极大的提升。智能恒压供水系统的控制精度高,能够满足用户的实际需求。 The fault self-diagnosis intelligent control constant pressure water supply system is based on the programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core,using the adjustability of the output voltage of the frequency converter,and real-time control of the pump power according to the size of the user’s water demand.The emergence of intelligent constant pressure water supply system has changed the water supply control of traditional water tower,saved a lot of energy for the water supply system,and greatly improved the efficiency of use.In addition,the intelligent constant pressure water supply system also incorporates the most advanced technical means,so that the system has a selfdiagnosis function,the security and stability of the system have been greatly improved.Intelligent constant pressure water supply system has high control accuracy and can meet the actual needs of users.
