为了进一步提高煤矿掘进机电气系统运行的安全可靠性,必须要做好煤矿掘进机电控箱的检修工作。本研究论证了做好煤矿掘进机电控箱检修工作的重要性,从电控箱在清洗上的检修要点、电控箱元器件的检修要点、电控箱上电测试的检修要点等方面剖析了电控箱检修的各个环节和要点,为保证煤矿掘进机电控箱检修工作的正常开展奠定良好的基础。

In order to further improve the safety and reliability of electric system operation of coal mine roadheader,it is necessary to do a good job in the maintenance of electric box of coal mine roadheader.This study demonstrates the importance of doing a good job in overhaul of the electric control box of coal mine roadheader,and analyses the links and key points of overhaul of electric control box from the aspects of the main points of overhaul of the electric control box in cleaning,the main points of overhaul of the components of the electronic control box,and the main points of overhaul of the electric test of the electronic control box,which lays a good foundation for ensuring the normal overhaul of the electric control box of coal mine roadheader.
