摘要 对城市燃气工程的施工管理进行分析。在施工前,要明确施工进度,掌握施工环境和地质条件,制定有针对性的解决方案,合理组织施工流程。在施工中,做好工棚管理工作,工棚地点应设立在较为开阔的地方,要避开高压线等危险设施,并对工棚进行定期检查。加强用电管理,避免出现电器漏电等情况。优化设计方案,科学编制施工图纸,必须严格按照施工设计图纸进行操作。介绍了城市燃气工程施工质量的控制要点,如提高施工人员的专业技能,定期开展专业技能培训活动,使所有施工人员都能意识到安全生产的重要性。建立完善的安全生产制度和施工管理制度,规范施工人员的工作行为,真正做到有法可依,有责必担。做好管沟开挖及回填施工管理工作,以免尖锐物体混入其中,对燃气管道造成损害。 The construction management of urban gas engineering is analyzed.Before construction,it is necessary to clarify the construction progress,master the construction environment and geological conditions,formulate targeted solutions,and rationally organize the construction process.In the construction,to do a good job in the management of the shed,the site of the shed should be set up in a more open place,avoid dangerous facilities such as high-voltage lines,and carry out regular inspection of the shed.It needs to strengthen power management to avoid leakage of electrical appliances.In order to optimize the design scheme and scientifically compile the construction drawings,the operation must be carried out strictly in accordance with the construction design drawings.It introduces the key points of controlling the construction quality of urban gas engineering,such as improving the professional skills of the construction personnel,regularly carrying out professional skills training activities,so that all the construction personnel can realize the importance of safe production.It needs to establish a sound safety production system and construction management system,standardize the work behavior of construction personnel,and truly achieve law-abiding,responsibility-bound.Do a good job of trench excavation and backfilling construction management,so as to avoid sharp objects mixed into it,causing damage to gas pipelines.
