This paper briefly introduces the research and development background of the high-efficiency mixing plant,analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the actual production efficiency of the mixing plant,makes a detailed analysis of the production sequence and each time period of the mixing plant,and puts forward the approaches and theoretical basis to improve the production efficiency.In addition,the author describes the advantages and economic and social benefits of the high-efficiency mixing station compared with the traditional mixing station by optimizing the structure composition,technological process and control system of the high-efficiency mixing station.
