电子天平称量过程核查及不确定度评定

摘要 为了保证电子天平称量过程得到有效管控,在要求的不确定度或允许的误差范围内使用,选择期间核查的方法对其予以监视。根据测量过程控制的规定和要求,随机抽取某台电子天平进行期间核查,并以最常用的称量点(0.5g)为例进行测量不确定度评定。结果表明:该测量点计算结果为±0.0003g,该测量过程受到有效管控,符合测量管理的规定和要求。 To effectively control process to ensure that electronic weighing scales,the error of the uncertainty in demand or allow within the scope of use,choose during verification method for the monitoring.According to the regulation of measurement process control and requirement,some electronic scales randomly during the inspection,and the most common weighing points(0.5 g)as an example to carry on the measurement uncertainty evaluation.Calculated results show that the measurement point results of+/-0.0003 g,the measurement process is effectively controlled,conform to the stipulations on the management of measurement and requirements.
