景区讲解与导游服务是导游专业的核心能力,它直接影响着高职学生就职后的岗位工作能力。有效提升学生的景区讲解与导游服务能力,不仅要注意技能训练,更重要的是技巧训练。本文针对高职导游专业学生的景区讲解与导游技巧的实战训练进行探索,着力于在训练技能基础上提升学生的服务技巧,增强其专业能力训练效果,从而提高景区讲解与导游服务的水平。

Scenic spot explanation and tourist guide service are the core abilities for the specialty of tourist guide, which has a direct impact on the higher vocational students' employment ability. In order to enhance students' ability of scenic spot explanation and tourist guide service, we should pay attention not only to the ability training, but more importantly to the skill training.
