摘要
我国建设自主创新型国家需要大批的创新人才,而培养创新人才,首先需要创新型教师。本文首先阐述创新型教师的内涵特征,其次描述教师教育的现实困境,最后提出培育创新型教师的改革探索。
For building an autonomous and innovative country, China needs a large number of innovative talents, and cultivating the innovative talents first of all needs innovative teachers. This paper firstly expounds the connotation characteristics of innovative teacher, then describes the realistic predicament of teachers' education, finally discusses the reform of cultivating innovative teachers.
