Aiming at the featured resources library construction for all kinds of certiifcate tests in Harbin Vocational and Technical College library, this paper analyzes the importance of such a construction, explores how to meet the needs of college teachers and students through the library’s innovation of service, and summarizes the practice experience of setting up the resource library for all kinds of certiifcate tests in order to meet the current needs of our library readers.
