教材资源库建设是高校教学质量与改革成果的核心部分,资源库建设应制订切实可行的规章制度,促使资源库建设制度化、高效化、信息化。管理人员应进一步树立为师生服务的意识,加强自身素质,提高业务学习水平。运用现代化科技手段,对教材资源库实施信息化管理,引进优质的教材资源,组织教师认真精选教材,从而提高教材选用、编写质量,更好地为教学与科研服务。

The resource library construction of teaching material is the core part of teaching quality and reforming achievement, we should formulate feasible rules and regulations to impel the construction’s institutionalization, high efficiency and informatization. Managers should further have the consciousness of serving the teachers and students, and strengthen their own professional quality, improve their level of vocational study; Meanwhile, we should make the modern means of science and technology be utilized in the information management of teaching material, introduce high-quality teaching material, and organize the teachers to select carefully so as to improve the quality of teaching material’s selection and edition and serve the teaching and scientiifc research better.
