提升高职院校社会服务能力建设的认知水平及宏观思考

Improving cognitive level to the social service ability construction in higher vocational colleges and its macro-thinking

高职院校社会服务能力建设是摆在黑龙江省乃至全国高职院校面前的重大命题。由此导致办学模式、方法、路径的不同,院校之间发展的不平衡。高职院校社会服务就是要院校之间大协调、大统一,建立大平台,形成统一纲领。在省教育厅的宏观把握下,立足区域经济发展,提升地方产业服务能力,在培养技术技能型人才方面下功夫。为此,调查黑龙江省及国内一些示范高职院校和骨干高职院校,对其普遍存在的问题进行研究,试图找出解决问题的方法。

Social service ability construction in higher vocational colleges is an important proposition faced by higher vocational and technical colleges in Heilongjiang Province and even in the whole China,which results some unbalanced development among universities and colleges in school-running mode,method and path.Social service of higher vocational colleges needs to be a big coordination and unity among colleges and universities,also needs to establish large platform and formulate a unified guiding principle.Under the macro-grasp of provincial education department and keeping a foothold of regional economic development,we should improve the capacity of local industry services and concentrate our efforts on cultivating technology-skilled talents.For this,we investigate some demonstrative higher vocational colleges and backbone higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province and China,study on the common problems and try to find out a solution to the problems.
