While the world economic globalization has been developing,more and more emphasis has been laid on cultures with ethnic characteristics rooted in tradition. It has played an important role that higher vocational colleges have introduced the essence of ancient Chinese literature into college students' professional morality education,which are shown in the following aspects. Highlighting essence is beneficial to reinforce the students ' ideological foundation; Highlighting flexibility is good to reinforce the students' dynamic basis; Highlighting practice is in favor of reinforcing the student's organization foundation.
