Exploration on How to Administrate College Student'NGOs

随着时代的快速发展和教育的不断革新,高校中以学生团体为主体对象的各类NGO呈现出百花齐放、争鲜斗艳的景象,这样一种学生们自主管理和组织的团体活动的大量举办,对学生们丰富高校生活以及社会实习体验度的提高有着很大的帮助。然而,在这一大背景下,高校学生NGO也存在着大大小小的问题,需要管理者付出较大的努力才能将其打点好。

With the fast development of times and constant reforms of education,all kinds of NGOs which consider the students' groups as the principal objects are like a hundred flowers in bloom. These group activities managed and organized by the students are held with a large amount,which is of great help to enrich the students' college life and improve the social practice experience. However,under this background,the NGOs in colleges also have problems,which need the managers' great efforts to make it good. The author shares his or her own opinions on how to manage the college student's NGOs in the following thesis.
