哈尔滨职业技术学院在国家骨干高职院校建设中,以现代职业教育教学改革文件精神为指导,以办学体制机制创新为重点,将产教融合、协同育人贯穿于教育教学改革实践全过程。在深入学习国家文件精神、理解职业教育产教融合办学特色内涵的基础上,积极推进学院的办学体制改革,规划设计哈尔滨职教园区产教融合、资源共享的校企协同育人平台,创新职教集团"三层面"理事会办学体制,构建高职教育"校企双体制"特色的资产经营办学体制,创建产学研用一体的产业技术应用科研体制。在"教学工场"理念下的校企合作模式与人才培养模式,增强办学活力,提高人才培养质量,提升社会服务能力。

The integration of the production and teaching is the significant way for the vocational education development. In the national construction of the higher vocational academies,Harbin Vocational and Technology College runs through the integration of the production and teaching,and the cooperation education together in the whole process of reform practice of education and teaching,with the guidance of reform of education and teaching in modern vocational education as well as the key points of innovation in school- running system. Based on the spirit of the national documents and the connotation of the school- running characteristics on the integration of the production and teaching in vocational education,we should boost the reform of school- running system actively,design the platform of the integration of the production and teaching and resource sharing in Harbin vocational campus,innovate the council school- running system with the 'three- level'in vocational education group,establish the distinctive school- running system of assets management with 'double- system between college and enterprise'in higher vocational education,and create the scientific research system of technology application with the industry- university- research cooperation. With the idea of 'education and teaching workshop',the pattern of personnel training and college- enterprise cooperation will enhance the school vitality in vocational education,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the capability in community service.
