企业思想政治工作是我党思想政治工作与企业文化建设结合形成的重要方法,它成长于社会主义背景下,经历长时间的实践与发展,己经较为成熟。随着我国经济建设逐渐跻身于国际前沿,企业发展面临很大的挑战,特别是国有企业内部,需要在一定程度上有所创新,才能有更好的发展。通过研究企业文化建设与企业发展关系,结合现代经济发展趋势,分析思想政治工作在国有企业文化建设中的重要作用,阐明思想政治工作与国有企业文化建设融合的重要性及意义。

The ideological political work in the state- owned enterprise is a significant method which combines the ideological political work and the enterprise cultural construction. It grows in the socialistic background,experiencing a long period of practice and development,and has been more mature now. As China's economic construction ranks among the international forefront gradually,enterprise development faces great challenges,especially the state- owned enterprises,which needs to be innovative to some extent in order to have better development. Based on the study of the relationship between enterprise development and cultural construction,we combine the modern economic trends,analyze the important role of ideological political work in the cultural construction of state- owned enterprises and clarify the importance and significance of the integration of the ideological political work and cultural construction of state- owned enterprise.
