The psychological care and service of community in our country are still at an initial stage,therefore,it is of great importance and necessity to strengthen the community psychological construction. The colleges and universities have the resource superiority of serving the community in psychological construction and offer the feasibility in the integration and intercommunication between colleges and community. At present,in the process of providing the community with the service of psychological construction,colleges and universities face certain realistic predicament.
