高职师范生学习方式现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Normal Students' Learning Style in Higher Vocational Colleges

在大力推进教师教育课程改革背景下,促进师范生的学习方式转变,成为教师教育改革与基础教育改革有效衔接的关键点。以对宁夏民族职业技术学院师范专业学生的学习方式调查为例,了解高职师范生学习方式现状,从中发现问题,分析原因,进而提出促进高职师范生转变学习方式的对策。

Under the background of energetically propelling the curriculum reform of the teacher education,promoting the shifts in the normal students' learning style has become key points that have effective connection in the reform between the teacher education and basic education. This paper,taking the survey of normal students' learning style as an example in Ningxia vocational and technical college for minorities,tries to get to know their current situation,finds out the problems,analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward the countermeasures to promote their shift of learning style.
