This paper focuses on the exploration and study on the kindergarten teachers' manual teaching practice in order to seek the aim of the effective strategies in the new era and have a wide collection and arrangement of the effective teaching methods in the process of teaching practice. Exploring the effective teaching strategies in the kindergarten teachers' manual teaching driven by the new curriculum reform,this paper wishes to provide beneficial enlightenment in the reform and development of the kindergarten teachers' manual curriculum in order to promote children's healthy growth better.
