摘要
多种维度剖析我国高职院校当代工匠精神的培育生态,分析大学生工匠精神培育的现状,创新人才培养体制机制,指出面向"中国制造2025"的高职学生当代工匠精神培育的价值及创新路径。
This paper explores and analyzes China 's contemporary craftsman spirit cultivation situation and mechanism reform for innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges from multi-dimension perspectives,researches the current situation of college students' craftsman spirit cultivation and points out the value and creative path for students aiming at 'Made in China 2025'in higher vocational colleges.
