基于“校中厂”的高职院校国际商务专业课程体系改革

The Curriculum System Reform of International Business Major Based on “Factory in Schools” in Higher Vocational Colleges

依托"校中厂"校企合作模式,培养高端技能型人才,是高职教学改革的新尝试,也是人才培养的新模式。高职国际商务专业课程体系改革虽然取得很大进展,但仍存在诸多问题。采用"校中厂"人才培养模式,设计和开发国际商务专业课程体系,才能真正实现专业与产业需求融合、课程内容与职业标准要求相符,实现校企一体共育人才、共同发展。

Relying on the 'factory in schools'college-enterprise cooperation pattern to cultivate high-skilled talents is a new attempt and mode for higher vocational education reform. The curriculum system reform of international business major in higher vocational colleges has made great progress,while there are still many problems.Only by using the 'factory in schools'talents cultivation mode to design and develop curriculum system of international business major can make the major and industrial demands integration and make the unification of curriculum contents and vocational standards to realize the college-enterprise cooperation pattern for talents cultivation and development.
