“一带一路”背景下俄语人才培养的供给侧改革

The Reform of the Supply Front to Russian Talents' Cultivation under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

在"一带一路"大背景下,高校的俄语教育工作者应密切关注"供给侧改革"并深入研究高校俄语人才供给与企业需求之间的矛盾,在此基础上针对高校俄语教学现状与问题,从培养模式、课程设置、教学手段等方面采取相应对策。只有这样,才能有效提高学生的创新研究能力、实践应用能力,培养服务"一带一路"建设、适应社会需求的复合型人才。

College Russian scholars should pay great attention to the 'Reform of the Supply Front'and carry out deep research on the problems between the supply for Russian talents and the demands of enterprise under the background of 'the Belt and Road'. Based on the current Russian teaching situation and problems in the university,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the following aspects: the cultivation modes,the curriculum setting as well as the teaching methods. Only by this way can the students improve their innovation research and practical application capacity,and then cultivate comprehensive talents adapting to the social demands and serving for 'the Belt and Road'construction.
