非正式学习视角下大学英语教师的专业化发展

The Professional Development of College English Teacher from the Perspective of Informal Learning Mode

摘要 教师的专业化发展是教师不断提升自身专业水平、与时俱进、达到专业成熟的过程。教师专业化发展的途径多种多样,但对于大学英语教师这样一个特殊群体,非正式学习在其专业化发展中起着举足轻重的作用,是其专业化发展的重要途径。为了更好地促进大学英语教师的专业化发展,学校应创建促进其非正式学习的良好氛围及有利条件,而教师自身则应该转变学习观念,不断提高非正式学习的能力。 The teachers' professional development is a process of promoting their own professional standards continuously and keeping pace with the times to achieve higher levels. There are kinds of approaches to develop teachers' professional abilities,while for college English teachers,as a special teaching group,the informal learning mode plays a very important role in their professional development. Under such circumstances,colleges should try their best to provide better atmosphere and more chances in order to help teachers be engaged in professional development. Meanwhile,teachers should change their own learning concepts and make great efforts to improve their informal learning abilities.
