“四元三维”立体型人才培养模式的探索

The Exploration on “Three-dimension”Talents Cultivation Mode

人才培养模式是加强专业内涵建设、提高专业教育教学水平和人才培养质量的根本保证。构建以全面提升劳动者技术技能水平和职业素养为主要目标的现代职业教育人才培养新模式是高职院校专业建设的重要课题。以国际贸易专业为例,提出"四元三维"立体型人才培养模式,阐述人才培养模式的内涵思想,梳理人才培养模式的内容体系,提出围绕专业培养目标,确立"三个强化"和"三个着力点"的人才培养质量观;重视专业建设,优化人才培养方案;重视课程建设,完善课程体系;重视实践教学,强化实践育人的人才培养模式实施措施。

The talents cultivation mode is the foundation of reinforcing the major connotation construction and improving the education level and talents cultivation quality. The build of the new mode of modern vocational education in talents cultivation based on the comprehensive improvement in technical level and professional quality is the important issue for higher vocational college major construction. Taking the international trade and commerce major as an example,this paper proposes the"three-dimension"talents cultivation mode,expounds the connotation spirits,analyzes the content system,puts forward the professionalization cultivation goals,sets up the quality concept with "three reinforcement"and "three acting point",focuses on the major construction to optimize cultivation program,pays attention to curriculum construction to improve course system,lays emphasis on practice teaching to intensify the practical measures in higher vocational college.
