文化是一个国家思想的精髓,优秀的文化历久弥新。就当下社会需求而言,儒释道文化中某些优秀部分对培养职业核心能力有着重要启示和指导意义。通过对儒释道的经典翻译进行概述,阐述职业核心能力的概念、与传统文化的关系,并对儒释道文化对于职业核心能力的促进性进行分析,旨在探究传统文化与现代职业核心能力的内在联系及相互影响。

Culture is the essence of a nation's thoughts which is everlasting with the development of history.As far as the social needs are concerned,some excellent parts of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism have important enlightenment and guiding significance for the cultivation of professional core competence. This paper summarizes the classic translation versions of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,expounds the concepts of professional core competence and the relationship between the concepts and traditional culture,and analyzes the promotion of the classic culture to professional core competence in order to explore and research the internal connection and mutual effect between the traditional culture and modern professional core competence.
